Mitch Glanz
Mitch Glanz has been a consultant, group facilitator, trainer and personal/leadership coach in Northern and Central California for over twenty five years. Prior to his consulting career, Mitch held positions at both Procter & Gamble and Foote Cone & Belding. Mitch received his B.A. in Politics, Magna Cum Laude, from Princeton University and graduated with honors from the Community-At-Work Intensive Training in Organizational Analysis and Intervention. He also has extensive training in organization, group, and personal development techniques.
Gayle Abramson
Gayle has been a Business Consultant, Leadership Development Trainer and Executive coach for over twenty years. Gayle has a B.S. in Economics, Cum Laude, from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. in Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies. She worked in the private sector for Procter & Gamble and several Bay Area Consulting Firms as well as in the social services field in education and counseling before joining Insight & Strategies. Gayle's consulting approach integrates her experience and education in business and psychology. This unique and relevant perspective helps the organizations and individuals she works with refocus, prioritize and make better choices. She has lived in California for over 20 years and calls Santa Barbara home.
